चैट के जवाब AI बनाता है, कोई मानव ज्योतिषी नहीं। जवाब गलत, अधूरे या आपके संदर्भ से अलग हो सकते हैं। ज़रूरी बातों की पुष्टि करें। AI चैट में निजी या संवेदनशील जानकारी न लिखें। रोज़ 10 मुफ़्त सवाल की सीमा लागू है।
उम्र और सहमति
चैट और प्रतीक्षा सूची केवल 18+ लोगों के लिए हैं। कुंडली टूल वयस्क इस्तेमाल करें; किसी और का विवरण डालने से पहले उनकी सहमति या आवश्यक अभिभावकीय अनुमति लें। मानवीय परामर्श अभी उपलब्ध नहीं है। प्रतीक्षा सूची में जुड़ना सेवा, समय या कीमत की गारंटी नहीं है।
स्वीकार्य इस्तेमाल
गाली, धमकी, उत्पीड़न, गैरकानूनी सामग्री या दूसरों की निजता का उल्लंघन न करें। बिना सहमति किसी और का निजी डेटा न डालें। स्वचालित स्क्रैपिंग, सेवा को बाधित करने की कोशिश, सुरक्षा नियंत्रण या रोज़ की सीमा को चकमा देना मना है। दुरुपयोग रोकने के लिए पहुँच सीमित की जा सकती है।
गणना में अंतर
दूसरे सॉफ़्टवेयर से थोड़ा अंतर संभव है। अयनांश, राहु-केतु की गणना में मीन/ट्रू नोड सेटिंग, समय क्षेत्र, जन्म विवरण या अन्य सेटिंग नतीजे बदल सकती हैं। गलत जन्म समय से लग्न और भाव बदल सकते हैं। खगोलीय गणना और ज्योतिषीय व्याख्या अलग बातें हैं।
मुफ़्त सेवा और आने वाली सेवाएँ
हम सशुल्क उपाय या पूजा नहीं बेचते। भविष्य में कोई सशुल्क सेवा शुरू हुई तो उसकी कीमत, रद्द करने के नियम और अन्य शर्तें अलग से दी जाएंगी। अभी किसी मानव ज्योतिषी की उपलब्धता का दावा नहीं किया जाता।
उपलब्धता और ज़िम्मेदारी की सीमा
कानून जहाँ अनुमति देता है, सेवा जैसी उपलब्ध है वैसी दी जाती है; लगातार उपलब्धता या त्रुटिरहित जानकारी की गारंटी नहीं। वेबसाइट या AI पर निर्भर फैसलों से हुए अप्रत्यक्ष, परिणामी नुकसान या खोए लाभ के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं होंगे। प्रत्यक्ष नुकसान की ज़िम्मेदारी लागू कानून की अनुमति तक सीमित होगी। यह शर्त ऐसे उपभोक्ता अधिकार, वैधानिक उपाय या दायित्व समाप्त नहीं करती जिन्हें कानून से हटाया नहीं जा सकता।

Limits of Pocket Jyotish AI AI
AI generates chat answers; a human jyotishi does not. Answers can be incorrect, incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Verify important information. Do not enter private or sensitive information into chat. A limit of 10 free questions a day applies.
Age and consent
Chat and the waitlist are for adults aged 18 or over. Adults should operate the kundli tool and obtain consent or necessary parental permission before entering another person’s details. Human consultations are not available yet. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a service, appointment or price.
Acceptable use
Do not submit abuse, threats, harassment, unlawful content or material that violates another person’s privacy. Do not enter someone else’s personal data without consent. Automated scraping, disrupting the service, bypassing security controls or evading the daily limit is prohibited. We may restrict access to prevent misuse.
Calculation differences
Results may differ slightly from other software. Ayanamsa, mean versus true node settings for Rahu and Ketu, time zones, birth details and other settings can affect results. An incorrect birth time may change the ascendant and houses. Astronomical calculation and astrological interpretation are different things.
Free service and future services
We sell no paid remedies or pujas. Any future paid service will have separate pricing, cancellation rules and terms. We do not claim that human astrologers are currently available.
Availability and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free information. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits arising from decisions based on this website or AI. Liability for direct loss is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here removes consumer rights, statutory remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
